Applied online. There were 2 interviews - one with associate manager and another with the GM. The questions were very basic - what sport do you like? How do you operate in a team environment? How would you assist someone who looks lost. There is a brief personality survey. Normally, these tests require that you don't try to "cheat" the system. This is the most obvious test I've ever encountered. The manager even told me that you need to "feel strongly" about each question. There were 55 questions like "Smoking pot and drinking alcohol on your break is essentially the same thing" on a 10 point scale from Stongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. From what I could tell, there was a tremendous amount of concern regarding smoking pot on your breaks.
