Brief and straight forward. Nothing too crazy thrown at you. Just give descriptive examples and real scenarios in your experiences. Make sure to present yourself in a positive manner and be direct with the supervisor with confidence

Very straightforward. Phone and in person interview. A lot was asked about performance and abilities with examples. Didn't feel strenuous or hard and gave more opportunity to find common ground with interviewer.

Entrevista
Quick and easy. They asked basic questions and there is not much need for preparation. I was only interviewed by one person but a lot of time the assistant store manager and store manager will conduct and interview.
