one day, casual meeting/ conversation with managers. had two meetings back to back and and was hired on spot. Brought back in the next week to begin training and was on the floor the week after that

Interview was nice and relaxed. Pretty much asked about your work history and what interests you as a person. Very easy going and was hired a couple of days later.
