My interview experience with the DHR hiring team was very positive and fun. They don't let you know that you're going to be interviewed by five different people. You walk in the door shake everyone's hands. You have a seat and to get down to it with tell me about yourself. They ask specific questions about active directory. They will also ask you questions that will make you think and you would have to provide your thought process on it. Questions are not asked by everyone all at. Once they go out on the table they will ask you about your technical background and what kind of education you have. Like most jobs in Tech, they emphasize a lot on being a self-starter and self-motivator and being able to self-monitor oneself to prioritize which ticket to work on first? They are very open to discuss the day-to-day activities for the position and let you know about being on call once a month and that you won't just be working at one area. You could be working in different buildings even in different cities. They will throw you a curveball of nowhere to see how quick you are on your feet and how you respond to pressure. All in all the experience was fantastic. It felt like a great group of like-minded individuals. The interview is now over and an expectation wait time would be about 4 days before you may be offered a position.
