Initial Contact: I was initially approached by a member of DHL’s Recruitment & Talent Advisory team to discuss the role and my fit for the position. Second Interview: I was then invited to a virtual interview with the hiring manager, which went well and led to the final stage. Final Interview & Presentation: For the final round, I was asked to attend an in-person interview at DHL’s London office near the airport. With only two days' notice, I prepared an 18-slide SEO audit covering two requested websites, alongside a tailored marketing plan, investing significant time and effort into the opportunity. Lack of Professional Courtesy: After the final interview, I received no feedback despite sending two follow-up emails to the HR contact. This kind of treatment is, frankly, shameful. It's disheartening when corporate employees show so little respect for candidates’ time and effort. Making someone invest in interviews, research, presentations, and travel, only to vanish without a word, reflects a lack of basic ethical standards. I would strongly urge others to think twice before accepting an offer from any company that considers this behaviour acceptable.
