The interview process was pretty straightforward. First you receive a phone interview, if things go well, you move on to a panel interview. If things continue to go well you get another interview.

Was called by HR representative for a phone interview and asked me basic scenario questions. Then the HR representative said I made it to the next process which was filling out a prescreen sheet that ask more in-depth questions about your experience and what you have accomplished at your current and past jobs. Then it was phone interview by the station manager which went well. Then HR called so I can authorize a background and drug test. I finally went in for a in-person interview and was offered the position on the spot.
