Inconsistent at best. Some are interviewed more than seemingly necessary while others are hardly interviewed. I was on more than 4 interviews. Others that came after had fewer interviews. The longer process gave the impression that it was an extremely rigorous process because they only wanted the best. The inconsistency in the process made me wonder, after the fact, why so many for me?
