Super nettes 30 min Kennenlerngespraech, danach Einladung zum AC, Dauer etwa 8 Stunden. Verschiedene Aufgaben, wird von unabhaengigen Agentur und einem Vertriebsleiter durchgefuehrt. Dann kommt der schwieriegste Teil: Interview mit CEO/HdF, reine Gluecks, Sympathie und Mutternatur Sache. Habe schon die Pferde in der Kirche dabei gesehen....

The process took 20 days. First contact was via phone, then interview followed. It lasted for 30 min and a person should be highly focused because it is a time given for conversation and a test. I was disappointed because they did not reveal what was the test about.
