The interview process was pretty standard. I applied to the Fontana location. Phone screen, HR Manager interview and panel interview with the General Managers. The first to interviews went well and the interviewers were very professional. When it came to the General Manager interview, they were unprepared for the interview. Their screen was shut off and they had no structure to their interview. It also seemed like they didn't want to be there. They were very unprofessional for individuals that are considered site leaders. Not a company I would consider reapplying to.
