I applied for a job online through their website. Within one week, I got an invitation for an MS Teams interview with two individuals on the panel - the senior finance manager and the finance manager. After an interview, had a 15-minute Excel test with 15 questions and in my opinion, it wasn't enough time. This was the first stage of the hiring process. The second stage was an in-person interview with the department director at their office.
