I was asked to present my qualifications and was presented with a business case to solve over phone. It was a logistic based problem with a touch of IT which was the role I was being assigned.

First you get on a Zoom call with manager, then another with manager and senior manager, then you're asked to prepare an assignment to present in the final call with the top 3 candidates.

The recruitment process went smoothly. After applying for the position, I was quickly contacted for an initial interview with HR. This was an opportunity to discuss my skills, experience and career aspirations. Following the interview, I was invited to meet the department manager.
