Initial screening call, followed by a video call interview with one of DG Ventures personnel. Some unprofessional questions asked during the interview, like calling out the name of my current referee over the video call "to confirm what I'm saying is true". No one asks for current referee as most employees don't tell their employers that they're looking for other jobs. I was told I'd hear feedback within a week and would be sent a personality test but received nothing, after doing 2 interviews and the second interview last 1 hours 15 minutes and it was only meant to be be 45 minutes. When I was asked for the referee name, I said I'd email an appropriate referee if offered the job. I seen a lot of red flags here and if offered the job, I wouldn't have taken it to be honest.
