The interview was a multi-stage process that involved pre-screening email questions, an interview with the Senior Recruiter and the Recruiting Manager, and then a second interview with the two owners. The whole process from start to finish took about 3 weeks.

The recruiter got back to me the day after I sent in my application - very prompt! She was very kind to work around my final exam schedule and told me not to worry about heels and a blazer for the interview. It was nice to have a casual, but professional, interview. I had a 2nd interview with the owners and was delighted that they answered my questions in depth. It was evident that they are both very passionate about the company and care about their employees and the candidates they recruit, as well as the clients they recruit for.
