Starts with ohone screening from recruiters. Will ask basic questions like “tell me about yourself” and “what interested you in the role”. Will also ask some behavioral questions like “how do you handle multiple deadlines”. If you make it past the screening, there will be 2 more interviews - one with your team and one with the director
