Got a call from my recruiter about the position. Scheduled an onsite interview for the following week. I interviewed with the CEO (my boss) and the Business Development Manager. The interview took about an hour, and was primarily informal with some basic situational and procedural questions. The people seemed nice, the office was small (~15 people) and clean, and the environment seemed quiet.
