the interview process was very good. I liked it very much. They did not ask a lot of technically questions and there were not that many interviews. The HR lady that was giving the interview was very kind and welcoming.

interviewers were friendly and made me comfortable before starting the interview. The questions were mainly from my resume and past experiences with a few technical questions on skills mentioned in the resume.

I had a phone screen with an HR individual and then a month later got an email to schedule the next steps. That is too long of a period of time as most deseriable candidates have moved forward with other offers by that point. Seems like the company does not understand what it takes to get the top talent. Disorganized and terrible communication give an overall negative look on the company. Additionally, this is the only company I have ever interviewed with that uses an Amazon video chat service and they do not send calendar invites.
