I applied online, and was invited to interview. The interviews had two rounds: one with HR recruiter and second with the department head. Each interview was about 30 - 45 mins long.
I felt that the interviews went well and I enjoyed the experience, however, I never received any communication thereafter. I found that frustrating and disappointing , considering I had made both rounds of interviews, and I personally followed up multiple times. Feedback and a formal rejection, at that level, is just the fair thing to do.

Entrevista
Overall the process was smooth, and easy going. It took roughly 3-4 weeks overall from start to finish, and was done all offline (phone and teams meeting). During the interviewing process the representatives I spoke with all exuded passion, and determination for the organization, making the decision to sign even easier.
