After submitting my application, I was contacted for an interview a few days later, and was interviewed the next week. The person who interviewed me was very friendly and welcoming, and took me to a large open room. One thing I found a bit strange/nerve-wracking was the room had a handful of people in there working within a few meters of me, who could easily overhear my answers. The interview questions were pretty standard, but I wasn't expecting there to be a written component. I was allowed to use their laptop and internet to try and answer the questions, and it wasn't very difficult (a few about the company itself, some more science based). Overall it was a decent experience.
