Four interviews. One hour long phone call with the recruiter. Next was a 30 minute Zoom call with the hiring manager (CMO). This was followed by two in-person 90 minute interviews with the CMO and members of the Marketing team. I was asked to bring a 30/60/90-day plan, which we discussed at length during the first in-person interview. These interviews took 5 weeks. I understand that the Company chose to go a different direction. I was disappointed that I had to follow up on status and received a generic rejection letter after 4 interviews and spending more than 5 hours with them.
