I had a recruiter so they helped me with possible questions. They really were looking to see if I was able to understand their business and the model they are working in. Dental experience questions and some light banter to see if there was personality.

Long process but well done to make sure that the job and the employee are a good fit for one another. The interviewers are very knowledgeable and helpful guiding you through this process. They are punctual and easy to talk to.
