Several rounds, kind of unclear about some expectations but overall flexible and not too demanding. Writing assessment was interesting and a good representation of the day-to-day. Option to go in person or not for final round.

The interivew process was pretty standard. It consisted of a screening call with HR, 30 minute virtual interview on basic work experience, a timed writing assessment, and in-person final interview. The final interview was four hours and with multiple people at different levels within the company.
