Set it up online. Then you go in and do a drug test and sign paperwork. There was no interview. After you show 2 forms of ID, I used my driver's license and my original birth certificate (has to have original stamp on the back, no copies) they made copies. Then did drug test while watch the orientation video. Then I received my schedule. I had to wait for results to clear for drug test. I started following week.
