Entrevista
It is a video interview and they will give you time from 30 seconds to 1.5 mins to read and think of how to answer the question. There are 9 questions in total. Each question usually has around 2 to 3.5 mins to answer, which I don't know if we are suppose to use up most of the time for the questions. I have listed out all the questions that I remember, but they are not in exact wordings

Give us an example when you were working and given a lot of new information, how did you process your work.

What is the key to maintain a sucessful relationship?
You have 2 mins to give any additional comment that you might want to say.

Entrevista
Process:
1. Two online tests: 50 Qn in 12 minutes + Personality test
- 50 MCQ qn is a mix of verbal, logical and numerical reasoning. Probably not possible to be finished (unless you are a genius). Personality Test is a 2 page test asking to tick the competencies that best describe you and the competencies that the top performer at work should have.
2. Video Interview (6 qn)
3. Online test (SHL on Demand)
- Verbal, logical, numeric reasoning
4. Panel Interview with Case Study
- 15 min to prepare.
- Material: You are the CEO of a food manufacturing company. You were away for 2 weeks. There are 16 items in you inbox, how to prioritize the top 5? Present to panel of 3 (1 HR and 2 Line managers). Also, there are behavioral/competency questions.
Typical reply within 2 weeks. Start pay $3.8k with $10k bond for 2 yrs.
Whole process took about 1 month.

Aptitude Test - A fairly common SHL test
Video Interview - Consists of six questions, each about 3 minutes;(Self-Intro, Education, Skills and experiences...)
Assessment Center - A small case about 25 minutes, plus a 20 - 30 minutes group interview;
Panel Interview - 4~6 interviewee vs 5 interviewer ( CEO, HR, T&O head...)
