Interview was conducted in a star hotel of Hyderabad. 1st round is a written test followed by 2 technical rounds, written test was pretty easy for me. And 2nd technical round was little tough as interview took some time to understand my point of view in some questions but it is satisfactory. 3rd with some senior manager he concentrated mostly on my attitude as role is for individual contributor role he was very friendly and made me comfortable. But the interview process was TDS as there was long waiting time for 3rd round I waited nearly for 4hrs. Looks like HR people are not having much experience in conducting mass interviews. They are not even communicating to candidates about the delay if panel is not available. I have seen most of the people didn't had their lunch and looked exhausted it's not a healthy process hope HR guys look into it.
