I was contacted through a external recruiter and my profile got shortlisted. I was interviewed on a week day. First round is objective type questions with no options along with Sql queries involving group by and join functions. I suggest go through scjp exercises that is more than enough. No questions related to multithreading. Second round is a face to face with the technical panel. I approached the person for a hand shake, he didn't respond to that. He didnt introduce himself and asked me to introduce myself. Later on he skimmed through the resume and started asking random questions on tools and technologies which i had worked on. He started looking at my previous companies and asked you spent one year in previous company and now with in one and half years you are looking for a change! Common you went through my resume and shortlisted it! I invested my precious time and attended the interview not to hear those words. Have a proper shortlisting process and train the interviewers how to do an interview. At the end of the interview he didn't give any chance to ask any questions from my side. Very arrogant. Not in a mood to listen what I am saying. The techpark is good as it is like a small forest, but the office infrastructure is poorly maintained. Old buildings and furniture. Poorly maintained toilets. Cafeteria is average.

The interview was spread over 3 rounds. The first one was functional and the second one to the senior authority in the team. The third round was with HR team to discuss about the salary and other details
