Long process. From initial contact to first interview took 2 months. You have to keep pushing in order to get feedback. Your initial (and entire) contact will be with a recruiter. You don't get to correspond with the hiring manager until the actual interview. Even afterwards, you'll remain in touch with the recruiter. Job description on the interview doesn't match the site's description. Not clear what they expect of you, lots of raised questions. Recruiter and hiring manager gave different descriptions of what the role is about. Interview took an hour. Hiring manager and HR representative were present. Most of the time went to talk about the job itself, since it was so unclear. They knew it themselves (?). I asked around among people in the industry about Schenker of Canada, only heard negative things about them being incapable and unprofessional. Had to get an opinion of myself. I asked about the hours. They laughed. Expect late nights and weekend shifts.
