I recently participated in two technical rounds for a Senior Systems Engineer position. Both interviews primarily focused on basic-level questions that did not reflect the complexity or depth typically expected for a senior-level role. While the process itself was smooth, I found the technical evaluation lacking in rigor. After further discussions with current employees, I gathered that the role might offer limited opportunities for professional growth and advancement. Based on this, I decided to respectfully decline the offer.
