This was a virtual interview using phone and computer. I listened to several scripted customer calls then responded via telephone. A feature I appreciated was the ability to delete and re-record my response until I was satisfied with it. After the customer response calls, I was asked to describe where I wanted my career to be in 3 years. Again, I could re-record until I was satisfied with my response. Last, there was a brief typing test. I must mention that their staffing agent was extremely helpful and responsive to me during the application process. I ended up accepting an offer from another firm but would have been very happy to have accepted a position with DAT.
