The hiring manager made it clear that it’s a very brutal workplace where you’d be managing several jobs at once. It’s cutthroat and the salaries aren’t high for the demanding nature. He did come from a very good place and meant well. You really can’t expect much culture from an ownership company and it would be more suited for people going into gain experience and learn here and there.
