First interview with the hiring manager with a lot of questions and interest regarding the work I have done previously in other companies .( basically free consultancy work) .After the interview silence for weeks till upon my reminder when I was told that DAF is a Dutch company (actuaaly not anymore) and pretty conservative and is not a match with my profile. Astonished to see such blunt racism coming for such company despite the fact that the job description was in English and nothing was mentioned about the Dutch language requirement. The only thing they were after was inside info from the work done with other companies......pathetic! Definitely not a company for foreigners or result driven individuals in my opinion.
