The interview process was structured as an assessment day, consisting of a group activity, written activity and personal interview. It was fairly straightforward. However, the written task was difficult, as it was quite technical.

I had an initial meeting with the teams associate and they explained all of the aspects of the position and then they wanted to know more about my previous paralegal experience and how i worked with a bulk case load. After the call I was told I would be contacted by HR and would be notified if I got the positions
