Interview Experience - Disappointing and Unprofessional Process
I went through nearly five rounds of interviews over a span of two months, despite being initially told there would only be three rounds. Communication was extremely delayed throughout the process, and I had to follow up multiple times to get any kind of update.
After all that time and effort, I finally received a generic rejection email only after making several calls. The reason given was that the project associated with the role was "on hold"—something that could have been communicated much earlier in the process.
Overall, the interview experience was frustrating and poorly managed. It showed a lack of consideration for the candidate’s time and expectations. I hope the company works on making its recruitment process more transparent and respectful going forward.
