Entrevista
I applied online and received a response and called to interview within 3 weeks. The first interview was with the head of Business Development which lasted over an hour. A month later I was called to interview a second time but with the Founder.

We talked about my CV, work experience etc. They were keen to understand why I wanted to change industry as had worked within motorsport and track.
