They ask me to leave my phone in a tray and have google form opened. The test was around 2 hours, first part was riddle like, then university exam style questions including frontend/python/C#

Don't go to the interview, you will regret it.
You will need to complete three exams:
two coding tests and one intelligence test.
The coding tests have very little to do with front-end development. They focus more on C# and Python (the interview content hardly tests any front-end skills). However, the intelligence test, which is quite useless, covers a lot.
You are required to take the exams on-site and accommodate their schedule. When I arrived, they seated me and instructed me to follow the on-screen rules, then disappeared. Throughout the exam, there were colleagues and even supervisors chatting loudly nearby, which was very distracting. When I finished and had a question about a particular topic, there wasn't a single person in charge nearby.
They promised to give feedback within two weeks but didn't. This company shows a complete lack of respect for candidates.
