I applied online. After a week about a got a call to arrange an interview. The people were friendly and helpful. Just basic questions about my studies and some technical questions , but nothing unexpected. The second interview was more technical and I passed a 20 min test. Also we discussed about the salary which was fixed and non negotiable.
