one Round of Interview 1:1 . The HR called and asked to come with Resume and salary slip and certificates of 10th , 12th and BE . The Interview was done in a cramp room . The Interviewer was a lady and she was eating through out the Interview . No Professional attitude was shown . was offered tea and biscuit and Lunch coupon .

Every interview consists of up to 2 to 3 technical round followed by a manager and ?HR round. Initial round may be on basics and second may be on depth of projects done. Only candidates who are technically hands on and competent will be through for all technical positions. References play important role in interview process.
