It was on campus interview from my engineering college. it had four stages.
1. Written Test ( Mechanical engineering stuff and logical reasoning)
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical interview
4. Hr round
Hr round was only for selected candidate. In Hr interview nature of the organization was being briefed. Job description was made aware. And yes it was also an English communication skill exercise
