Simple process, internal hire, met with owner a couple of times. Best way in is to start as a rep and be a top producer in sales. This will get you noticed, then it's just a waiting game for there to be a position.

One phone call with franchise owner and one woman from corporate. Lasted about 30 minutes. Asked very generic questions and heard about their backgrounds. Asked about my experience at previous job and why I wanted to join this team.
