I applied directly to the job posted on Naukri. Keep your profile fully updated and active. I got a call from the HR within a week. They schedule my interview on the next day and told about the 3 years of bond. When I asked if it is negotiable, they said we can discuss it. I think it can be negotiated to 1.5-2 years if you are confident with communication and negotiation. The office is good. The interview was scheduled around 1 pm. You will be asked to wait at the reception. Then there will be a technical discussion round. In this, interview go through your resume and ask common interview questions to check of you have understanding of the things mentioned. They will keep the discussion generous, not going too much into details. You need to have understanding of how things works that you have mentioned in you resume. Also be ready for 2-3 coding questions that you need to solve and write code on a paper. It will cover technical questions. This round is of 40 minutes approx. Not very difficult, just be confident and speak everything you know related to what is asked till they ask you to stop or ask next ques. After this round,
They ask me to wait outside for 10 minutes. They told me to have another round of technical interview because they liked the discussion and my knowledge in first round. Then they give some time (half an hour) to be ready for the second round of technical discussion.
They told me to have another technical round with other interviewer. This covers more technical discussion and coding questions.
I got rejected in this round as the interviewer ask me a star pattern question and I am not able to do it on time. They do not have a time constraint, it took me more time than it should. The first interviewer was quite impressed in the first round and he is quite cooperative. But he the second interviewer in the second round got dissatisfied with me not able to answer a star pattern question. Then they told me I am done from my side. You can wait outside. You will be informed.
Then after 15 minutes waiting outside, the HR told me we will inform you and I can leave.
