The usual. Got gassed up by them till the interview. They pulled some sketchiness to where I was the only one being videoed. I interviewed with the exec admin, director and a supervisor there. The director was late and couldn't be bothered to stop with his emails. He basically cut my interview to say "Do you have any experience using siems" I mention that I explained what they are, used them in the labs and mentioned the ones that they used and that I've used similar for other uses at a fortune 100 tech company. He said "so that's a no... we're done", we'll get back to you. EVERYONE GHOSTED ME. I emailed them and LI messaged them with the improvements I made and got ghosted.

After 3 rounds of in person interviews they offered a computer security graduate with 2 years of experience a $15 per hour rate. Cyflare needs to be more forthright about their noncompetitive pay rates. Not worth the time.
