A number of rounds of interviews years ago but process is easier now. I spent an entire day there though the salary negotiations happened the next day. They are tough at negotiation but try to match your requirements if you are a good candidate. The HR doesn't have a lot of role to play but if they like you they will try to hire you for one process or the other

They provided a voice and accent training from 15 days. Then one online interview asking general questions, AOR strength and weaknesses. They also asked how will I work on my weakness and why do I think my strengths are strength

Professional experience. Positive person who was open and honest. Be prepared to make decisions on the fly. They said they were considering me for different roles and wanted to know which I preferred.
