For this position, they offered a challenge before they could start the interview process. It consists of few technical questions for lasting one or two hours. How the questionnaire needs to be filled and submitted in 3 days time, I decided to solve it into that temporal window. Neither 24 hours later, I receive an email giving a binary negative feedback about the review. Despite of significant time spent on such recruitment process and aware of correct answering (including code running well and returning what was asked), I sent an email appealing for considering again or at least having a more detailed feedback taking into account my efforts. No response for almost sixteen months.
