From initial touch-base, to phone interview, to 1:1 with the CEO, to the on-site with a good portion of the company, every step in this process was smooth, well communicated, and efficiently handled. Every single interviewer also seemed genuinely interested in not just the fit for the role, but who you were as a person. Each person I met with asked thoughtful questions, and presented interesting situations to think-your-way-out-of as "assignments."
