Initial call with the recruiter, very basic questions and review of CV. Then you book a day for the presentation and you'll get the task exactly 24h before to start working on it. It took me around 8h to do + build a presentation. To give you an idea of the task, I'll quote a part of the text in the brief "We encourage you to take breaks, including lunch, whenever you feel the need to." The next phase is the presentation of said case. I got rejected by email, for 4 lines of text. After the effort I put into the presentation, I requested some more feedback. 3 weeks later, no reply.
