I applied for the position and was contacted via platform messaging to set up a phone interview. This person was bad at communicating any type of confirmation despite me giving him/her a wide range of availability. He/she never confirmed a day/time and instead, randomly called me within one of the ranges I provided. Fortunately, I was available and the interview went well. He/she told me they would let me know either way within a few days. I never heard from him/her again. Unprofessional at this stage tells me I dodged a bullet.
