I really enjoyed the interview process and I learned a lot. It started with a couple of typical questions such as why us why property what’s yours hobbies. Make sure you are familiar with the property industry.

4 stages stage 1- initial questions/cv make sure you know your strengths and how cushman & wakefield could leverage them. Know general market trends too stage 2- maths and literacy test the maths was quite hard. Practice online tests, lots of stats, fractions etc stage 3- interview with a partner this was one hour long. Very friendly, asked general questions like why property/why cushman etc, show you know the small details of the company. Also asked about a couple different market trends in depth and had to expand on them. Also asked me to expand on a recent deal final stage - assessment centre day this was 2 x 1 hour slots. 1 hour was a group task, be friendly, decisive, be a good team player. then a 1 hour long interview which included a 10 min presentation on a recent market trend.
