Have someone Submit your resume to someone that they know in the company. After that there is a phone interview which is followed by an in person interview. Usually hear back from them a few weeks later
Interview process was straightforward and concise. The questions were more geared towards interest in the field and education rather than technical specifics. It was a formal process but did not constitute multiple rounds.
