Standard HR screening followed by a behavioral round with hiring manager, then I was ghosted. After speaking to the hiring manager, I was told I would get some details for an additional round with an account lead. The hiring manager did specifically say he didn't know when the next round would take place (because he wouldn't be in it) and didn't know how long the recruiter would reach out to me...which was kind of weird, but I just assumed he was busy and didn't want to receive questions meant for the recruiter. Unfortunately, I never heard from anyone again. Sent multiple follow ups to the recruiter to ask for status and even one to the hiring manager, but all ignored. I actually never even got an automated rejection email saying the job was filled or canceled.
