Interview with Principal and Head of Phase. Followed by an interview with Executive Head if he/she does not sit in on initial interview. Otherwise the initial interview is with all 3 members of management team
Interviews went fine. Many males in the workplace but not at all uncomfortable. I think they wanted more males in the roll, also seemed to be very afrikaans for a multilingual school.
It is an interview with a practical session where you have to present a lesson to a class. The lesson can be of you choosing but the management team will let you know for which grade your should prepare.
