I’ve heard that this company has a rigorous hiring process, which I found to be true. I was contacted very quickly after applying to schedule an interview. I talked on the phone with HR and they asked me to elaborate on my experiences and asked me some basic behavioral questions. I felt optimistic after my interview as HR said that they were very interested in what I had to say and wanted to speak more. 15 minutes later, I received an email saying that they have decided that I wouldn’t be a good fit.

The interview process was thorough and engaging. It involved multiple steps and included an assignment meant to assess my critical thinking and problem-solving skills. I found the assignment challenging (in a good way), and I was actually excited to show my process and what I can do. One interview question focused on my professional experience, which paralleled quite well to the position I was applying for in many ways.

Entrevista
This was definitely a very involved process with 5-6 interviews, however, they were all around 30 minutes and they really made an effort to schedule them around my schedule which was appreciated. It was also pretty standard with many members of the team. They spent a lot of time wanting to know how I would help sales people especially when you are responsible for knowing the various policies and procedures.
